International Trade Procedures is a Customs Agency with offices in various parts of the Mexican Republic and the southern United States specialized in the export, import and transport of goods. TCI was born in the city of Torreón Coahuila in 1990, the date on which its Customs Agent patent was obtained, later in 1992 it was granted the National Customs Agent patent.
